We provide an extensive selection of colors to choose from within the Pantone and RAL color systems, ensuring a seamless match to your design vision.
Our mold material includes S45C, S50C, P20, 718H, 738H, NAK80, S136, S136H with a lifetime guarantee. Generally, a mold starts aging after about 500,000 shots, but if production reaches this benchmark, we will manufacture a new mold at no extra cost to ensure continuous stable production. You incur the mold cost just once, and we take full responsibility for all subsequent productions.
We offer secondary services like painting, printing, chrome plating, and assembly, providing comprehensive customization options. Our production lead time varies from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the order size. Our delivery terms are EXW for air shipments and FOB HangZhou for sea shipments, ensuring a smooth shipping process.
