What to send with your enquiry
A useful RFQ does not need to be perfect, but it should identify the equipment and dimensions controlling fit. Include a drawing when available. For replacement work, photograph the existing product before removing it and show the mounting face as well as the wheel.

Para proyectos nuevos, se pueden considerar de 1 a 5 muestras de evaluación pagadas cuando sea necesario para comprobar el ajuste o para una revisión técnica. Los modelos mixtos pueden consolidarse para un valor total de pedido de 1500 USD. Los materiales, herramientas, acabados o procesos especiales pueden requerir cantidades mínimas específicas para cada proceso. Nos centramos en proyectos B2B y pedidos de producción, en lugar de compras minoristas de 1 o 2 unidades.

What happens after you send the RFQ
The first review establishes product family, fit-controlling dimensions, material or finish requirements, load and quantity. If a critical dimension is missing, the next step is to request that dimension rather than assume it. Once the technical boundary is clear, quotation can distinguish standard configurations from special material or process requirements.

RFQ questions
Do you need a drawing for every enquiry?
Not always. Clear dimensioned photos may be enough for initial review, but fit-critical interfaces should be measured before order release.
Can I request several models together?
Yes. Keep each model and quantity separate.
Can I request 1-5 pieces?
Paid evaluation samples may be considered for a new project when they support fit or technical evaluation. This differs from retail ordering.
