Request a Plastic Wheel or Jockey Wheel Quote
Send the dimensions, application and quantity you already know. The form at the bottom is the fastest way to structure an RFQ.
What to send with your enquiry
A useful RFQ does not need to be perfect, but it should identify the equipment and dimensions controlling fit. Include a drawing when available. For replacement work, photograph the existing product before removing it and show the mounting face as well as the wheel.
- Product/model reference if known
- Wheel diameter and width
- Bore, bearing, hub length or axle details
- Plate, tube, clamp or stem dimensions
- Maximum load and supporting-wheel count
- Floor/ground and movement pattern
- Brake/folding/control requirement
- Quantity and destination
Use the measurement guide, compare product families, or review the jockey wheel guide.

Commercial fit before detailed quotation
Order quantity guidance
Standard catalogue components are quoted around production-appropriate quantities. Larger or higher-value assemblies may be reviewed by order value. For new projects, 1-5 paid evaluation samples may be considered when needed for fit or technical review. Mixed models may be consolidated toward a total order value of USD 1,500. Special materials, tooling, finishes or processes can require process-specific minimums. We focus on B2B project and production orders rather than 1-2 piece retail purchases.

What happens after you send the RFQ
The first review establishes product family, fit-controlling dimensions, material or finish requirements, load and quantity. If a critical dimension is missing, the next step is to request that dimension rather than assume it. Once the technical boundary is clear, quotation can distinguish standard configurations from special material or process requirements.

RFQ questions
Do you need a drawing for every enquiry?
Not always. Clear dimensioned photos may be enough for initial review, but fit-critical interfaces should be measured before order release.
Can I request several models together?
Yes. Keep each model and quantity separate.
Can I request 1-5 pieces?
Paid evaluation samples may be considered for a new project when they support fit or technical evaluation. This differs from retail ordering.
Where is the enquiry form?
The global RFQ form is directly below in the footer section of this page and every other public page.
