What to send with your enquiry
A useful RFQ does not need to be perfect, but it should identify the equipment and dimensions controlling fit. Include a drawing when available. For replacement work, photograph the existing product before removing it and show the mounting face as well as the wheel.

Para novos projetos, de 1 a 5 amostras de avaliação pagas podem ser consideradas, quando necessárias para análise de ajuste ou revisão técnica. Modelos mistos podem ser consolidados em um valor total de pedido de USD 1.500. Materiais, ferramentas, acabamentos ou processos especiais podem exigir quantidades mínimas específicas. Nosso foco são projetos B2B e pedidos de produção, e não compras de varejo de 1 ou 2 peças.

What happens after you send the RFQ
The first review establishes product family, fit-controlling dimensions, material or finish requirements, load and quantity. If a critical dimension is missing, the next step is to request that dimension rather than assume it. Once the technical boundary is clear, quotation can distinguish standard configurations from special material or process requirements.

RFQ questions
Do you need a drawing for every enquiry?
Not always. Clear dimensioned photos may be enough for initial review, but fit-critical interfaces should be measured before order release.
Can I request several models together?
Yes. Keep each model and quantity separate.
Can I request 1-5 pieces?
Paid evaluation samples may be considered for a new project when they support fit or technical evaluation. This differs from retail ordering.
